This album is mostly brilliant. Mostly.
The reason I say that is because some of the tracks just don't hold up well compared to others. Helix Nebula is a chiptune masterpiece. It's fast, upbeat, and it's easy to listen to if you've never heard a chiptune before. The buildup pays off and then some. The pauses make for excellent pacing. Really, this is the song I go to to remember why I still like Anamanaguchi.
There are some songs on this album that just fade in the background and don't stand on their own. I felt like the only reason I listened to Airbase the amount of times I did was because it came right after Helix Nebula. Airbase just sounds wrong to me, like it was ripped off of Megaman II's second Wily level.
Other than the things stated above and the fact that Sting Operation is pretty useless, the rest of the album is really awesome. The songs flow together really well and make for nice listening.
